panchakarma word now a days so much of famous due to awareness of ayurveda treatment. Meaning of word panchkarma - panch means five and karma means procedure, so panchkarma means five procedures which are useful in detoxification of body.
Panchkarma is very much essential in todays lifestyle because of eating of steal food, junk food, half cooked food, Chinese food, spicy and bakery food etc. as we know different studies are going on impact of food in formation of cancer.
